Introducción de materiales comunes para sujetadores.

Los sujetadores se fabrican principalmente de acero al carbono, acero inoxidable y cobre. El más utilizado es el acero al carbono.

El acero al carbono se divide en diferentes contenidos de carbono: acero con bajo contenido de carbono, acero con medio carbono, acero con alto contenido de carbono y acero aleado.  

1. El acero con bajo contenido de carbono (C%≤0,25%) se utiliza principalmente para pernos de grado 4.8, tuercas de grado 4, tornillos pequeños y otros productos sin requisitos de dureza.

  2, acero al carbono medio (0,25%

  3. El acero con alto contenido de carbono (C%>0,45%) rara vez se utiliza debido a su alta dureza y su pobre rendimiento de procesamiento. (Guía: Cómo hacer trabajos anticorrosión para pernos de anclaje)

4. Acero aleado: agregue elementos de aleación (como Mn, Cr, Mo, etc.) al acero al carbono ordinario para aumentar algunas propiedades especiales del acero.

Generalmente, el acero 35 y el acero 45 se utilizan comúnmente para pernos de grado 8.8; 35CrMo; 40Cr para pernos de grado 10,9; 35CrMo y 42CrMo para pernos de grado 12,9.
